Forestry and agroforestry support services:
We offer technical expertise on crop–tree combinations in agroforestry systems, along with management guides to maximize productivity. We also establish and manage tree plantations for clients.
Training and communication materials development:
We design and produce agricultural training materials—including brochures, pamphlets, posters, and booklets—tailored to client needs and mass-produced for effective dissemination, and conduct on-farm and community-based, hands-on training.

Agricultural project design, implementation, and management
We prepare concept notes and full proposals for agricultural projects, supporting clients through implementation and management. We also design innovative projects aimed at driving socio-economic transformation in Uganda and beyond.
Farm planning and management services:
We support new entrants in establishing, developing, and managing farms with optimal resource use and process control. Our services include guidance on climate-smart farming and direct farm management on behalf of owners.
Fumigation and sanitization services:
We provide professional fumigation to eliminate pests in homes, offices, and stores, as well as sanitization solutions to address disease outbreaks in public and private facilities.
Innovation in agricultural machinery and equipment:
We analyze systemic constraints and develop sustainable, user-friendly machinery and equipment as transformative solutions. These innovations promote value addition and agro-industrialization across crop and livestock enterprises.
Training and advisory services for agricultural value-chain stakeholders:
We deliver training and advisory services to farmer groups and tertiary institutions, strengthening Farmer Groups and Cooperatives. Our expertise includes the establishment and effective management of Farmer Field Schools (FFSs).
Feasibility studies, and environmental and social impact assessments:
We conduct feasibility studies to evaluate project viability and community impact. Additionally, we carry out environmental and social impact assessments for agricultural and related projects.
Supply of planting materials and agro-inputs
We provide certified planting materials and high-quality agricultural inputs through our outlets, complemented by technical guidance to ensure proper use and maximum productivity.
Free online technical support for small-scale farmers in Northern Uganda:
As part of our corporate social responsibility, we provide free online consultancy to small-scale farmers in the Acholi sub-region through platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram, supporting initiatives like Roco Paco and Make Acholi Green Again environmental campaign.
